ATLANTIC COUNTY
Atlantic City RockStar Running
A club for young cross-country runners plus 5Ks and 10Ks. The club
also trains adult runners attempting to run the half-marathon or
marathon distance.
Best Foot Forward Running Club
A running club located in Linwood, Atlantic County with over 80
members and affiliated with the RRCA. The club also has a 6-week
summer kids running program.

BERGEN COUNTY
Jersey Women Strong
Jersey Women Strong is a health and fitness team for women, located
primarily in Northern New Jersey. Membership includes women of all
ages and abilities, including those who have never run or exercised.  
Many team members compete in local races throughout the year, while
some simply join to reap the benefits of exercising with other like-
minded individuals. Weekly coached workouts, nutrition and fitness
education, seminars, unlimited motivational support and perks from
sponsors.
North Jersey Masters Track & Field Club
Based in Ridgewood, Bergen County. Dedicated to the improvement of
both the recreational and competitive runner.  Weekly workouts in a
supportive and friendly club environment.

BURLINGTON COUNTY
Medford Milers
Located in Medford NJ, the club attracts runners of all abilities and
fitness goals ranging from the recreational jogger to the highly
competitive road racer. It is a very social club and supportive of all
members' running goals. Most importantly, members have a good time
running!

CUMBERLAND COUNTY
QuickSilver Track Club of NJ
Based in Vineland.  Mission is to train any runner but primary athletes
are youth. Athletes compete locally, statewide and nationally.

ESSEX COUNTY
Essex Running Club
Embraces runners of all types - health-conscious runners and walkers
seeking to get in shape and stay motivated and fit, competitive runners
interested in training, racing and team events,and adventurous trail
runners, ultra-runners and multi-sport athletes. Group runs and
monthly meetings.

GLOUCESTER COUNTY
Road Runners Club of Woodbury
The RRCW is one of the largest and friendliest clubs in South Jersey.  
Welcoming to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities, fitness and
fun are the main goals.  The RRCW hosts a weekly fun run on
Thursdays at 6:30 pm and a breakfast run every third Saturday of the
month at 7:30 am.  They also organize three large 5K races
throughout the year.

HUDSON COUNTY
Hoboken Elysianettes Running Society
The HERS women’s running club provides a welcoming and supportive
environment for runners, including beginning runners and those with
experience.  The club emphasizes training, development, and
participation in local races.  The group conducts five runs a week.
Hoboken Harriers
A diverse group of runners and joggers from in and around Hoboken,
NJ.  The club, known as the HOHAs, provides runners with
camaraderie and support plus a social component.  Runners of all
abilities are welcome.
South Hudson Spiked Shoe Running Club
Based in Bayonne, NJ. All levels of runners are welcome. Activities
include social gatherings.

New Jersey Road Club
A community for runners and cyclists

MONMOUTH COUNTY
Freehold Area Running Club
Holds about 25 running events a year. Activities include weekly group
runs (Sundays), group walks (Saturdays), seasonal track sessions
(Wednesdays), periodic meetings withguest speakers, newsletters and
social events. Members Include serious competitors plus people
seeking to just stay in shape.
Jersey Shore Running Club
Has a diverse and enthusiastic membership base with runners of all
abilities. Membership is open to all. Anyone is welcome to join in
activities posted on the club website, including club runs on Tuesdays,
Thursdays and Sundays.
New Jersey Road Runners Club
Based in Leonardo. Members meet for early Sunday morning group
runs. Group runs are generally 6-to-15 miles at various paces. The
course can be hilly or flat, with a mix of paved and gravel surfaces as
well as woods routes on rough dirt trails. The club hosts several races
in Monmouth County.

MORRIS COUNTY
Amazing Feet Running Club
This club welcomes runners of all levels from Morris, Union, and
Somerset Counties. The group has regular training runs of 3-to-20
miles, with all paces welcome. Saturday morning runs and Sunday runs
followed by breakfast.
Do Run Running Club
A free to join club with no yearly dues and a pace for everyone. Based
in Randolph, NJ in Morris County.
Morris County Striders
A mix of open and masters runners, primarily long distance roads and
cross-country with some track  Skill levels range from beginner to
experienced competitive local elite. Post-race get-togethers and club-
organized social events.
The Original Geezers
This Randolph-based club is semi-competitive and highly social.
Members are mostly 45 and over males but others of all ages and
gender are welcome. Saturday or Sunday runs and team races.
Rose City Runners
This club, based in Madison, targets anyone interested in running for
fitness or competition.  The club has members of all ages from 20s to
80s. Members meet every Saturday morning for a group run followed
by breakfast.

PASSAIC COUNTY
Clifton Roadrunners Club
This club serves mid-to-northern New Jersey. For runners of all ages
and all abilities, from the recreational to the competitive runner.
Members run distances from track to marathons. There are weekly and
weekend group runs at Brookdale Park or Saddle Brook Park.

SOMERSET COUNTY
The Sudden Impact Track Club
This club for youth athletes provides a no-nonsense environment for
those athletes who are serious about competitive running.

UNION COUNTY
Central Jersey Road Runners Club
Promotes running and racing to  people of all ages. Members range in
age from teens to 80s, some run a few miles a week, some ultra
distances. All abilities are welcome and supported.

STATE-WIDE
The Shore Athletic Club of NJ
This club fields varsity and local men's and women's teams competing
in every event within the track and field sport, and on every level,
youth to junios to open to sub-masters and masters.  Over 500
members.
